If you turned up to Manchester’s most sustainable workspace Windmill Green yesterday, you’d have found a group of passionate, commercially-savvy leaders from the building and construction sector generously sharing best practice on how to improve company impact.
It was so refreshing to see people giving away some of their ‘secret sauce’ for the benefit of others, in a rare non-ego driven atmosphere. There was definitely a real appetite to have these kinds of conversations.
